Use An Energy Drink Mix And Be Lively

If you’re searching for different ways to increase liveliness and have enough energy to do everything you want–and need–to do throughout the day, you’re not alone. Many individuals find it more and more difficult to fit in a full-time job, do house chores, go to the gym, and add some recreation time all while not feeling tired or sluggish.

Although there are many things you can do to help improve your daily stamina (i.e., getting more sleep, eating more fruits and vegetables, etc.), there is another resourceful way of giving your body some extra oomph: using an energy drink mix.

When you are constantly on the go and active, your body will use up most of the nutrients and foods you consume at mealtimes. One of the best ways that has been scientifically proven to stave off that lethargic feeling is to refuel your body with the power it needs to get through your day’s activities, and this vigor can be found within the proper energy drink mix.

Some of the most important things to look for within the mix’s ingredient listings are sugars, natural nutrients, and whether or not it contains caffeine. First, you don’t want to choose a drink mix that includes a lot of sugar. Obviously, sugar is not something your body needs for stimuli and adds unnecessary calories. You want to select a mix that utilizes fruit (or fruit extracts) for flavor.

Similarly, energy drink mixes that contain fruit, herbs, and other natural ingredients are the best for your body as it can assimilate them a lot better than artificial substances. Some companies use artificial ingredients as filler or because they’re less expensive than natural ones: stay away from those types and your body will thank you.

Additionally, one of the most common staples of popular energy drinks is caffeine. While it can give you a temporary boost, when the caffeine rush wears off you might feel what people call a “crash,” and you might even feel shoddier than before you drank it. Even worse, some people develop an addiction to the caffeine effect, which could raise negative health risks. The finest choice you can make for your long-term health is an energy drink mix that is caffeine-free.

One of the wisest things to do is to conduct some research on your own on the available choices of energy sources. Selecting a brand that your body benefits from day in and day out is the ultimate goal and can lead to a happier, more productive life.

Pros And Cons Of Laser Vein Treatment For Varicose Veins

Varicose veins are unwelcome not just because they are ugly but also because they can cause a lot of pain. Fortunately, there are a number of treatment methods that make it possible to get rid of these ugly veins without painful surgery. Laser vein treatment is one such method.

In this form of treatment, a high intensity light is passed through the skin to reach the offending vein. When this strong burst of light is absorbed by the blood, it heats up. Soon, the offending vein shrinks and fades away. Eventually, the vein disappears without any damage to the surrounding skin.

A typical treatment lasts for 15-20 minutes. Depending on how severe the condition is, patients may require 3-5 sittings to remove the offending veins completely. Typically, there are no incisions or injections.

Laser vein treatment for varicose vein is the latest in a series of treatment methods for this condition. This method is widely sought after because it is minimally invasive, almost pain free and yields long term results. Also, laser beams can be directed on the veins with a high degree of accuracy. Therefore, in the hands of a skilled doctor, laser treatments are highly targeted and quite effective.

Many patients prefer laser vein treatment because it does not involve surgery and is relatively painless. The treatment method is quick. Although there is no pain, some patients might experience a sensation of heat. In that case, the sensation may be relieved by cooling the area. In some people, the treatment may lead to redness or swelling. This disappears after a few days. However, in the majority of cases, burning is almost nonexistent any discomfort disappears quickly. Thus, there is almost no downtime and patients may go straight to work after a session.

In case of deep varicose veins, the endovenous ablation therapy procedure is used. Here, a small incision is made and a tube is passed through the skin to pass light energy to the offending veins. The tube has a light head that shrinks the vein as it goes through the vein. This means that the vein is destroyed without any bleeding. However, the area may be anesthetized prior to making the incision.

The best candidates for laser vein treatment include healthy, non smoking people who are psychologically stable. Those who are vulnerable to developing keloid scars are discouraged from using this treatment technique as it can lead to permanent scarring in such people.

This treatment method has a high success rate as far as long term results are concerned. Veins fade away completely, giving the skin a fresh and youthful look. However, the treatment is not a permanent cure for varicose veins as fresh veins may appear after a while. In that case, fresh treatment may be needed to get rid of the offensive veins.

The Top 10 Absolutely Most Famous Cats

I’ve been compiling a list of famous cats for my pet numerology website for some time now. I know which my favorites are, but I wondered which are the most famous overall. There were so many great famous cats that I did four alphabetical gourps, with a final round of the most famous cats. This is the final round, and I’ll reveal which are the most famous of these great cats.

The top most famous of all cats (based on online chatter) are:

10. Felix the Cat, from the classic Felix the Cat cartoons

9. Kitty, Cartman’s cat on the animated series South Park

8. Hobbes, from the Calvin and Hobbes comic strip

7. Mittens, from the animated movie Bolt

6. Dewey, from the book “Dewey, The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World”

5. Tigger from A. A. Milne’s Winnie The Pooh

4. Garfield, from the Garfield comic strip.

3. Figaro, from the animated movie Pinocchio

2. The Cheshire Cat, from Alice in Wonderland

…and the most famous cat of all is…

1. Sylvester, from the classic Looney Tunes cartoons

Cats not ranking in the top 10 were Socks, the Clinton family cat during the Presidency of Bill Clinton; Jules, from the Mutts comic strip; Spot, Data’s cat on Star Trek: The Next Generation; Yum Yum from Lilian Jackson Braun’s “The Cat Who” mysteries; Morris the cat from 9Lives pet food advertisements; India, the Bush family cat during the Presidency of George W Bush; Toonces the Driving Cat from Saturday Night Live; Mystery from Emily the Strange; Miles from Emily the Strange; Maru, the box loving cat in online videos; and Snowball the Simpsons family cat from the animated series the Simpsons;

Five of the top 10 cats are from animation (Sylvester, Figaro, Mittens, Kitty, and Felix), two are from comic strips (Garfield and Hobbes), and three are from literature (Cheshire, Tigger, and Dewey). Only one of the top ten cats was an actual living cat (Dewey).

I compiled this list by searching for the cats listed on a number of search engines and ranking them by the number of web pages, discussion forums, photos, videos, etc that are available online.

Evolution And The Celtic Tapestry Art

There is a video on Google Video’s called Charles Darwin and the Tree of Life. It is a documentary about life on earth the heavens and the underworld. David Attenborough presents this production by the BBC. It’s a special to note the bicenterary of Darwin’s life. As you listen and watch this video you can think of the Tree of Life and what it means.

This documentary video shows fabulous clips of animals, art and talks about the Tree of Life and Darwin’s theory and how they all tie together. Tree of Life Tapestry Art stems from all theories including Darwins..

Darwin talks about how man is human and an animal and not having dominion over animals as our Bible suggests. He suggests man has to bare the same force that nature forces on all animals of the earth. Many artists have painted the Celtic Tree of LIfe Tapestry with their interpretation and style in their composition. Those paintings were in turn woven into tapestries to offer another art form for man and woman to enjoy.

There is much talk of sacred trees and magical healing properties in the Tree of Life. It depends on the culture you embrace and the meanings and beliefs chosen that drives us to which artwork that seems to represent our belief. It’s almost like a comfort level of where we stand on our views and the art we choose to represent ‘our’ Tree of Life.

The Celtic Tree of Life is a very different look with it’s Celtic knots and colors representing a link to the ‘Realm of the Fairies and to the Gods’. The Oak was the number one sacred tree and representative of the center of the world. Druids rituals surrounded the Oaks and uncommon powers were offered to them from the Gods.

Messages were thought to be carried back and forth from the otherworld or fairy world to earth and man via the trees or Oaks. Ribbons were tied to trees to show a blessing of love, healing and prosperity. To tie a ribbon around an old oak tree is commonly seen today to represent the loss of a love one. This tradition was created long, long ago and will continue on as time goes on.

The Celtic Tapestry and Tree of Life Tapestry Art is interesting and many times very beautiful way to show a belief in a decorative way in our homes. Since there are the traditional styles from William Morris, Art Deco by Klimt, Modern styles by Natasha Wescoat and more we have a beautiful and enjoyable collection to enjoy.

Erotic Photography Models—The Definition of Art

Most people agree that nude women are one of the best subjects when it comes to art such as photography and paintings. Most artists will agree that erotic photography models can be a great side line or hobby for women. This is primarily because girls are blessed with a sexy and figured body which is more eye catching than men. If you have been gifted with a passion for photography and painting, nude models can be one of the best subjects you can have. Many people are thinking about photography, including photographing erotic photography models. There are 3 principles about it which you should know if you are interested in engaging in this activity.

1.In this type of photo, you will be presenting a woman as an interesting form. There are lots of things you can do to make your photography interesting. You need to create it with a simple background and good picture quality. You need to be very careful in taking photos from various angles for you to come up with an achievable outlook.

2.Your subject may be anonymous—this type of photography is typically about the subject, erotic photography models are the main purpose of the photo. What is important is that the model is the main subject. If you want to be a good photographer, you need to learn more about these techniques in delivering various aspects of art using your camera and an erotic model. The women will be your sample when youve chosen the human body as a subject.

3.You should clearly relay on your audiences what you want to tell them—an erotic photo aims to arouse, stimulate or titillate its viewers. If you are into this type of photography, you should clearly let people know easily what you want them to feel. If you engage in nude photography alone, you can just make some interesting and sexy photos of your subject, but erotic photography can convey a different mood or feeling.

There are lots of types of photography, you should know them so you can easily tell your audiences what you want to, and here are some of them for your references:

a)Advertising photography
b)Aerial photography
c)Architectural photography
d)Astronomical photography
e)Black and white photography
f)Cityscape photography
g)Commercial photography

i)Digital photography
j)Equine photography
k)Family photography
l)Fine art nudity
m)Food photography
n)Macro photography
o)Nude photography
